Have you ever wondered who your spirit guides are, or wished you knew how to connect with them?

Join Denise of The Healing Vibe for a small Sunday afternoon gathering in Smithers. Denise will share how she first met her spirit guides, then guide you through breathwork and a meditation to connect with yours.

We’ll have time to journal, talk about what you experienced, ask questions and explore signs. Denise will also pull oracle cards and share any intuitive messages that come through, along with ways you can keep exploring your connection with your guides at home.

No previous experience is needed. Everyone’s experience is personal; there is no particular way a guide must appear or a message must arrive. Come as you are.
