Welcome to The Healing Vibe (“we”, “us”, or “our”). These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of our website located at thehealingvibe.ca (the “Website”), and any products, services, content, or offerings (collectively, the “Content”) made available through it.

By accessing or using the Website or our Content, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of the Website immediately.

All materials on this Website are owned or licensed by The Healing Vibe. This includes branding, text, videos, audio, images, card readings, digital downloads, and course materials.
You may view or download content for personal use only.
You may not reproduce, republish, copy, or redistribute any materials without express written permission.
Unauthorized use may violate copyright, trademark, and other applicable laws.

 

2. Services & Session Terms

By booking or attending any session (breathwork, NLP coaching, card reading, sound healing, mentoring, circles):

  • You confirm you are at least 16 years old, or have the written consent of a parent or legal guardian.

  • You acknowledge that these services are not a substitute for professional medical, psychological, legal, or financial advice.

  • You understand that your participation is voluntary and at your own risk.

  • We reserve the right to refuse, reschedule, or cancel any session at our discretion.

 

3. Health & Liability Disclaimer

Our sessions may involve physical, emotional, or energetic release. By participating, you agree:

  • You are responsible for your own well-being and safety.

  • You have disclosed relevant health conditions (e.g., epilepsy, heart conditions, PTSD, pregnancy).

  • You have consulted a healthcare provider if uncertain about participation.

  • You release The Healing Vibe and its facilitators from any liability related to injury, emotional distress, or unexpected outcomes.

 

4. Booking, Cancellation & Refunds

  • Private Sessions & Circles: Cancel with at least 24 hours' notice for a full refund or session credit. No-shows or late cancellations are non-refundable.

  • Digital Products (journals, meditations, card readings): All sales are final once delivered or downloaded.

  • Events & Workshops: Cancellations accepted up to 72 hours before the event.
    We are a heart-led business and appreciate your understanding.

 

5. Payments

All payments are due in full at the time of booking unless otherwise stated.
Prices are listed in Canadian Dollars (CAD) and subject to change without notice.
Secure payment is processed via trusted third-party platforms.

 

6. Termination of Access

We reserve the right to restrict or terminate your access to the Website or services if we believe you have violated these Terms.
Upon termination, you must cease use of our Content. Intellectual property, disclaimers, and other legal obligations will remain in effect.

 

7. No Guarantees

We make no guarantees about specific results, outcomes, or experiences.
All Content and sessions are offered “as is” without warranties- express or implied, including:

  • Accuracy or completeness

  • Fitness for a particular purpose

  • Uninterrupted availability
