What a Healing Vibe Session Actually Looks Like
Each session with Denise is intuitively guided, meaning your experience is unique and no two sessions will be the same for you , but here’s a general outline of what to expect:
1. Grounding + Intention Setting
You’ll begin by settling into a cozy space, lying down. Blankets, bolsters, and eye masks will be used to support your nervous system.
You’ll set an intention, or simply show up with an open heart. No pressure, no expectation.
2. Guided Conscious Connected Breathing
Denise will walk you through the breath pattern and gently support you through a 10–20 minute breath journey (timing varies based on session type). She ensures you are safe and supported throughout the process.

3. Sound Healing + Energy Support
Live instruments like crystal singing bowls, chimes, tuning forks, and intuitive guidance may be layered into the session to amplify the energetic release. Music is carefully curated to match the emotional arc of your breath journey.

4. Integration + Optional Intuitive Insight
After the breath journey, you’ll have time to rest, reflect, and integrate. Journaling, oracle cards, and intuitive sharing may be offered if it feels aligned. This is where insights land, emotions settle, and the nervous system resets.
